We want you to be fully satisfied with your Blackcrows gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that mounted skis are considered customized and are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original protective packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unmounted condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
